Precision wine management at the Manor

In 2018 Longueville Manor unveiled a new state-of-the-art wine cellar, the first of its kind in the Channel Islands and one of only a handful in the UK. The hand-built redwood racking system together with sophisticated temperature and humidity controls, stores over 5,000 bottles in absolutely perfect condition. The global wine list itself is a work in progress featuring almost 600 bins.
